Availability of international roaming (automatic roaming) depends on (1) a type of smartphone you use and (2) city or country of destination.
Prepaid plans do not offer this service.

No, micropayment is not offered to prepaid SIM card.

Yes, it is possible. However, you may not be able to switch to another mobile phone operator if there is any unpaid charge.

First, you need to maintain the current prepaid payment plan for 3 months.

Additional application needs to be submitted in order to switch to postpaid payment plan.
