Deposit is refunded after checking condition of the room when you move out.

However, if anything needs to be repaired due to intended or unintended damages or rent (or management fee) overdue happen, those charges will first be deducted from deposit -- the rest is refunded afterwards.

Midway termination requires landlord's agreement. If he/she agrees and the next tenant is found, midway termination might be possible.

※Penalty worth 50% of 1 month's rent is charged. 

We will send you an invoice for the initial cost within one week from the day the earnest money was paid (GTN can pay it on behalf of you in advance upon your consent).

Payment deadline is about a week from when the invoice is issued.

※ Contents on the invoice depend on type of contract.

Typically, initial cost includes earnest money, deposit, 1 month's rent, 1 month's management fee, and broker fee.

Earnest money is usually 10% of the deposit, and is being paid in advance in order to secure the house you are interested in.

This amount is excluded from the final payment you need to make later on before or on the day you sign the contract.

We will charge you earnest money and handling fee that we paid on behalf of you if you decide to cancel an apartment.

Usually 'saving for later' is not allowed unless earnest money is paid. There is a penalty if you cancel an apartment after saving it.

Yes, you can. Viewing is allowed only before someone else pays earnest money for the apartment you wish to go see.

Also, we need to arrange schedules with real estate and current tenants.

Please inform us in advance of your availabilities (date and time) so that we can adjust accordingly.

We can support you from the beginning till the end: searching apartments, arranging (online) viewing, providing payment service (earnest money, initial (or upfront) costs, deposit, first month's rent), explaining contract and other documents in your language, supporting with move in, giving necessary information after move in, etc.
